He has been in the real estate business since the early 1990s and has provided quality service to the people of Philadelphia.
Having great skills and talent is not enough to last for a long time in the real-estate business. Like Steve, you need to have a great personality to communicate well with your clients, get along with the people around you, and be actively involved in the community.
Making the Holidays Extra Special
The holiday season is a time of love, happiness, and generosity. It is the special moment where we get to bond and celebrate with our family, friends, and loved ones. At this moment, we get to appreciate the blessings we received from working hard and share them with the people who need them the most.
To share his blessings to his community every holiday season, Steve partnered with Archbishop Ryan High School and the employees of Northeast Executive Abstract Agency to organize a coat drive that gives free winter jackets to children of Pennsylvania to protect them from the cold weather throughout the winter season.
Just recently, Steve and his team gave 100 winter jackets to students from different schools in Pennsylvania. Students from the following schools were very happy to receive their very own coats to keep them warm during the holiday season:
- St. Anselm
- St. Charles Borromeo
- Christ The King
- Our Lady of Calvary
- St. Dominic’s
- Blessed Trinity Regional
- Gesu
- Ryan
- CORA Services
This way, they can go to school and focus on their studies comfortably without feeling cold.
FIL The Void Program
Because education is important to Steve Izzi he created the FIL The Void scholarship program. It is named after three people from Steve’s life — a friend, sister, and mother-in-law — that inspired him to give back to his community and help the children who are in need.
FIL The Void provides financial assistance to the students who can’t afford to have access to Catholic Education. This gives the students of Pennsylvania a chance to have a quality education and a brighter future ahead of them despite the hardships they experience.
Aside from providing quality service to the people, Steve and his employees from Northeast Executive Abstract Agency continue to be involved and give back to the community of Philadelphia, PA.
