Ashley Lee

Ashley Lee is our Residential Closing Manager and Senior Settlement Officer with a legal background and a proven track record of delivering attorney-level service in the title insurance industry. Originally from New York, Ashley practiced real estate law in NYC/Long Island for 7 years, representing buyers, sellers, and institutional lenders in residential transactions. After relocating to Pennsylvania, she transitioned into the title insurance industry and became licensed to practice law in Pennsylvania as well.

Her legal training and hands-on experience allow her to manage closings with a high level of diligence, accuracy, and risk awareness—ensuring each transaction is handled with the precision expected from legal counsel, without requiring clients to engage an outside attorney.

Ashley holds a Juris Doctorate from New England Law and a Bachelor of Science in Evolutionary Biology from Stony Brook University. As a Glenside resident, Ashley also offers valuable local insight to clients navigating real estate transactions in the surrounding communities. Her ability to connect with people—both professionally and personally—makes her a trusted partner throughout the closing process.
