As General Counsel and Chief Operating Officer of Northeast Executive Abstract Agency, Inc., Blair brings a unique blend of legal expertise and operational leadership to the title insurance industry. With over 25 years of experience in real estate law and business operations, Blair plays a central role in shaping the agency’s strategic direction while ensuring smooth daily operations.

Blair handles complex commercial transactions and further assists in the direction of the company’s key business functions including process improvement, staff development, client relations and regulatory compliance, helping the agency deliver secure, efficient and seamless closing experiences. Prior to joining Northeast Executive Abstract Agency, Inc., Blair was a shareholder of Hing Cheng P.C. in Philadelphia where she concentrated her practice in the areas of real estate and business matters, including acquisitions and conveyances of property, entity structuring and formation, retail and commercial leasing, creditors’ rights, title claims and zoning/land use matters.

Blair received a Bachelor of Arts from Pennsylvania State University in 1997 and a Juris Doctor degree from Villanova University School of Law in 2000. Blair is a member of the Pennsylvania and Philadelphia Bar Associations, the Pennsylvania Land Title Association and holds title agent producer licenses in Pennsylvania, New Jersey and Delaware.
