Kim Miller

Kim has a robust educational background with a Master of Accountancy from Rutgers School of Business, a Bachelor of Accountancy from Wilmington University, and a Lean Six Sigma Black Belt Certification from the Six Sigma Global Institute.

Kim’s work experience is equally impressive. Kim currently works as the Corporate Controller for American Realty Solutions overseeing all accounting functions for a variety of real estate-focused organizations; title companies, commercial and residential property management, student housing, 1031 Exchange, and special asset management company.

Her experience also includes a role as Controller at Acre Mortgage & Financial, where she oversaw financial functions for the corporation and its 18 branch offices. Kim streamlined accounting processes, managed compensation plans, and prepared consolidated quarterly financials.

Kim’s early career was focused on financial operations. In these positions, she demonstrated her ability to prepare detailed reports, collaborate with senior management, and create training manuals and presentations to enhance company operations.
