Nicole Martorano

Nicole is a licensed real estate agent in Pennsylvania and New Jersey, specializing in distressed assets, receiverships, and property management. She started in the real estate office and quickly expanded into the asset and property management companies, where she became deeply involved in the management of court-appointed receiverships and complex real estate portfolios.

In addition to her work with SJI Jackson, Nicole runs the daily operations of TL Services and Square Foot Real Estate Management, overseeing property stabilization, tenant relations, accounting, and maintenance coordination for commercial and residential assets throughout the area.

With a hands-on approach and a deep understanding of both the regulatory and operational sides of real estate, Nicole has built a reputation for effectively selling and managing challenging assets and supporting attorneys, lenders, and investors through every stage of the process. She works closely with the affiliated companies to deliver comprehensive real estate solutions from management to closing.
