Stephen Izzi

Mr. Stephen J. Izzi is a proven leader in the title insurance and real estate industries, with more than 33 years of experience serving financial institutions, attorneys, and investors across Pennsylvania and New Jersey. Steve serves as President and CEO of Executive Abstract, along with several other title agencies that collectively support high-volume commercial and residential transactions. His teams are recognized for their ability to close complex deals efficiently — including receivership sales, REO portfolios, and time-sensitive bank-driven settlements.

Steve is also the Managing Member of TL Services, LLC, a firm specializing in the movement of Special Assets such as non-performing loans and New Jersey tax liens. Formed in 2013, TL has assisted numerous banks and successfully facilitated the sale of more than $400 million in Special Assets in just the past five years.

To further support clients through the full lifecycle of real estate, Steve owns SJI Jackson Real Estate, and Square Foot Real Estate Management, which collectively manage more than 1,000 residential units and 300,000 sq. ft. of commercial property and numerous receivership portfolios.Steve’s strategic insight, strong industry relationships, and commitment to accountability continue to make him a trusted partner and resource in real estate and financial services.
